Picture backgrounds have a recognizable image from a screencap. Since those are limited in number and usability, the majority of backgrounds here are texture backgrounds; they aren't immediately recognizable as images (although some people will immediately recognize at least one of them), but you'll still know that you have, say, Frodo's party waistcoat, on your webpage.
