watched the shot play out.  Caps 1-28 are all from one continuous shot.  It's a little uneven, in a way that fits the scene, but it's not haphazard.  In the first few frames, the asymmetrical eyes play into it, which I can't help but think was done very much on purpose by the cinematographer.  By cap </B><A HREF="#pic6" TITLE="Flashback 2"><U><B>#6</B></U></A><B>, we've moved into a view that crops Elijah's face immediately above the eyes and immediately below the mouth.  It's very stark, without eyebrows, forehead or chin to soften the expression.  Elijah often uses very slightly parted
